Carbonate Processing Factory ,,BABINDOL”  

The carbonate processing factory is located in Babin Dol, in the immediate vicinity of the Dolomite mine and the Separation. There are two production plants within the factory:

 

1.-Carbonate milling and classification plant, and

2.-Carbonate micronization plant

Carbonate milling and classification plant

The carbonate milling and classification plant has at its disposal: Dryer, Secondary mill and Sieve system. This layout allows a production of a wide variety of products from:

 

Granules: +0.00 – 0.20mm;

 

Granules: +0.20 – 0.50mm;

 

Granules: +0.50 -1.00mm;

 

Granules: +1.00 -1.50mm;

 

Granules: +1.50 – 2.00mm;

 

Granules: +2.00 – 2.50mm;

 

Granules: +2.50 – 3.00mm;

 

Granules: +3.00 – 5.00mm;

 

for the production of finishing materials in construction in our factory, as well as for sale in the Chemical and Glass Industry.

Carbonate micronization plant

The carbonate micronization plant has a mill system and a separator at its disposal. It can produce micronized carbonate from:

 

Micronized carbonate 43µ;

 

Micronized carbonate 63µ;

 

Micronized carbonate 90µ;

 

Micronized carbonate 120µ;

 

for the production of finishing materials in construction in our factory, as well as for sale in the Chemical and Glass Industry.
